Healthy breakfast
It helps to jumpstart your metabolism at the start of the day which will fend off unwanted pounds. Eating a healthy breakfast at the time of pregnancy is important for pregnant mothers.
Take a walk
During pregnancy; it is very essential for you to take a 30 minute walk every day. Walking helps to make you active during this happy phase in your life.
Count your calories
Pregnant women need to add 300 to 500 calories to your daily diet each day. This will ensure your child is receiving the proper nutrient levels and so will you.
Little snacks
It is quite obvious that you will feel hungry right through the day because you are feeding for two. So munching on a few ‘healthy foods' which give you lots of nutrients, proteins and the desired minerals which is essential for the two of you.

A pregnant woman loves to pamper her cravings. You have every right to eat what you are craving for, but do not over-eat. It is not healthy for you and the baby in your womb.
