Nothing can be more embarrassing than that moment when you accidentally fart aloud at a place filled with many people. And this can happen to anybody, anywhere.

Any food or drink can give us gas, but excessive farting can be due to improper digestion of food, unhealthy eating and untimely eating.
Farting is entirely natural, but sadly, it is also hard to control. There are some ways to stop farting all the time. Some of them are listed below:
Sugary Food - Sugary foods are responsible for most of your bad smelling farts. To stop farting aloud especially in public, reduce the amount of sugar intake. Sugar is easily broken down by the bacteria in our stomach, along with releasing a lot of foul smelling gas. Therefore, one way to stop farting is to reduce food with sugar content. Sugars are found in many food items, hence be careful of what you eat. Before attending any important public event, it is best to avoid eating sugary food.
Carbohydrates - Carbohydrates produce carbon dioxide when digested by the bacteria in our body. Hence eating large amounts of carbs can lead to the production of a lot of gas in the body. To avoid this, try to cut down on carbohydrates. Also, avoiding soda and fizzy drinks before going to any public event will also make sure you don't fart all the time.
Starch - Starch-filled food like potatoes, grains and so on are also responsible for producing a good amount of gas in our stomach. Avoid eating starch-rich food before important meetings to avoid any fart-related mishaps.
Smoking - Smoking is supposedly one of the elements that can cause you to fart. Hence, one good way to stop those farts is to quit smoking. Apart from the fart problem, smoking has many other bad effects on the health. Therefore, it is overall a healthy decision to quit smoking completely. Smoking accumulates a lot of waste gas in your system, which in turn comes out as farts. Now you have one more reason to stay away from that cigarette.
Anti-Bloating Medicines - One quick way to stop your farting problem to use the many syrups, pills and powders that are available in the market for reducing the bloating of your stomach. They help to remove all the gas formed inside the stomach and keep it clear. These medicines are very useful and should always be kept in hand if you have persistent problems of stomach bloating and gas formation.
