10 Reasons To Be Jealous Of Single Friends
Missing the late night parties and the wild outing with friends after commitment? The saddest part of being committed is that you miss your single, carefree life and envy those who are still living and enjoying it. The memories of going for the endless shopping, crazy night outs, wild parties, first kiss, heavy booze and so many other delightful things often make us feel jealous of our friends who are still single.
Being committed or married bows you down with a lot of responsibilities as well as restrictions. You cannot do the same old things when you are committed. Though we all want to have the stability in our lives yet we often feel nostalgic on seeing our single friends enjoying a restriction-free life. Not that we regret being in a relationship, but in some way or the other we all miss the days when we were single.
Here are 10 reasons for which we are jealous of our single friends. Check this out.

Flirting
No point pretending, we all miss the harmless flirting. It was easy to flirt when you were single. You definitely cannot do this anymore when you are with your partner. So, when you see your single friends do it, all you can do is go green with envy.

Spontaneity
Being able to get up and go, is another thing which makes us jealous of our single friends. After being committed you just cannot make a quick plan and move on. You have to tell your partner about everything or think about the family if you are married.

Travelling alone
Most of the committed people miss this the most. You can no longer travel alone. You will either have to be with your partner or some trustworthy person. For singles, it's just not a problem at all.

Being selfish
Being single, you can afford thinking about yourself first. But once you are with someone, they become a priority too. You cannot be selfish in a relationship.

The chase
The feeling of being admired, wanted by random men/women and going for the chase is complete missed in a committed life. When you see your single friends indulge in the chase, you tend to get extremely envious.

No checking in
When you were single, you could easily stay over at your friend's place without prior plans or go and have some crazy tequila shots at the nearest bar. In short, you could afford to be careless and go without informing anybody. But now after being committed it's a complete no-no.

Not sharing the remote
You have to watch hours on hours of the same boring game with your partner, even if you are not interested. This is bound to make you jealous of friends who do not have to share the TV remote with anybody. They are free to watch what they want.

A good sleep
You have to share the bed with your husband now. Earlier it was just you having the whole bed for yourself. Seeing single friends enjoying a good sleep without the snores of anyone is a good reason to be jealous.

Meeting new people
When you are single, you are hot news. Everyone wants to meet you. Be it a neighbour or friend's cousin but once you are committed, the only new people you meet is old relatives.

Personal time
When you are single, any time can be your 'me' time. In other words you can always have time for yourself. But after commitment you hardly get time to pamper yourself.
