Tips to deal with criticism at work:
Never take it personally: It is best to avoid taking criticism personally. Don't get affected when someone criticizes you at work. The more you think about it, the more you get affected. So, when you are criticized at work, keep your emotions on hold.
Not always negative: Listen the comments and then ask yourself, “Is it true?” It is not necessary that criticism is always negative or positive. You have to analyze by linking it to the situation. Sometimes, a criticism makes you work more hard and prove your boss with your work.
Smile: It is best to ignore criticism. Whenever, someone criticizes you at work, just smile and control your reactions. Losing temper will only spoil the situation more. If your boss criticizes you are work, just smile and take it lightly.
