Due to its large human resources India is emerging as business outsourcing destination. Young gen often work at global time, late in the night and travel in odd hours in a office cab. So they are exposed to attacks by the criminals. Recently there was news about rape and murder of a BPO employee in Pune and Bangalore.
What can organizations do at this situation? First of all employers should take measures to avoid these incidences. In spite of prevention and avoidance of such incidences if one gets attacked, it is better to train the staff to overcome these attacks themselves, where Krav Maga comes handy.
Krav Maga stepped into Bangalore by having its first studio in Aero Gym. It specializes in self defense and trains its pupil in fighting and learning moves in a realistic environment in order to escape or run from potential danger. High level of skills are learnt in a short period and training is based on realistic scenarios at Krav Maga.
Corporate professionals and BPO staff are at increased health risk due to their working patterns. They lack physical activity since they work in extremely stressful conditions. Due to this their mental, physical and spiritual health is deteriorating. These professionals can change their mental attitude, fitness level and spiritual confidence by going through scientific trainings offered at Krav Maga.
Karv Maga imparts training to effectively defend under any disadvantages situations of threat. It is very easy to learn for both working women and men as it doesn't need upper body strength and it is based on natural human reflexes. By training in this programme one can achieve technical, tactical, physical and mental growth not only in combat but in personal life as well.
The Krav Maga Civilian Instructor Frank will start regular classes from Wednesday 05 December, 2007 with batches both in the morning and evenings. The fees of regular class is INR 2500
