She is not a woman who leaves behind the qualities that defines her under the shadow of King Khan. Yes, Gauri Khan, has been chosen as the cover girl of Vogue India for its January edition 2008. Stepping into the domain of super models, the mother of two has been described as a 'true Voguette' by Priya Tanna, editor of Vogue India.

The aspiring celebrity model and wife of the bollywood super star, Sharukh Khan, can be seen on the cover page of Vogue India in a red strapless low-cut dress that ends about a foot above her knees. The edition will hit the stands on December 20, 2007.

The photo shoot happened against the background of eight-floor extension of the Khans' sprawling mansion, Mannat. Here Gauri offers delightful peeks into her life, her wardrobe and her man.
