Expert Ease: Connecting Retired Professionals
The enthusiastic professionals often fears the idle retirement life as the age of 55 approaches. Here is a good news for them! A Not for Profit networking effort 'ExpertEase' helps retired professionals aged over 55 years in India, to employ their expertise and wisdom to new realms. 'ExpertEase' connect senior experts with community service organizations and government agencies based on their areas of interest.
ExpertEase is an ISR (Individual Social Responsibility) group initiated by Hema Ravichandar, Strategic HR advisor and V. Ravichandar, CMD, Feedback Consulting, India. They initiated the networking called HR Trust with an aim to enable talented human capital in a society, where the urban issues still remain.
ExpertEase comes under the noble vision of HR Trust. ExpertEase offers a realm where retired professionals can resume their career by registering in the group. However they restrict the entry only to retired professionals above 55 years of age, who would have time for volunteering in public causes that interests them.
ExpertEase offers a free registration to the senior experts. However, the candidates have the responsibility to check on the authenticity of offers / claims made on the web site by others. In a same manner, the companies can also post their recruitment calls free in ExpertEase. However ExpertEase has all the right to modify and delete the posts made by their visitors. ExpertEase adhere to the condition that any user must have only one account in their service.
