It Is Used For Public Dissections

Dead bodies are generally stored and used in the medical colleges for dissection and practices. The students learn by dissecting the human body!



It is a process used to preserve the dead bodies. The water and fat from the body are replaced by certain plastics and fibres. This does not let the body to decay. The body is then enclosed in a vacuumed place for longevity.


Cut And Preserved The Penis Of This Man

Rasputin was a Russian peasant, a mystical faith healer. When he died, a maid from a royal family cut off his penis and gave it to his 17 year old daughter. She carried it to Paris where they stored the penis in ice and it was worshiped by Rasputin's fans and followers.

Sounds crazy, right? But it is true! A company has come up with the distinctive way of burial of the corpse. The DNA is inserted in the tree and the DNA of a tree is not affected by the genes of the resulting tree.



The people of Egypt wanted to have the existence of their loved ones with them forever. Hence they decided to bury the dead in small pits in the desert. The heat and dryness of the sand dehydrated the bodies quickly and turned them into natural ‘mummies.'
