Sonam Kapoor looked cute in a pastel coloured ensemble at an event recently. Dressed in a shield print skirt by designer Nisha Sainani and a Zara top, Sonam did get the attention she was seeking for at the Navbharat Samvaad event.

Sonam's school girl look missed only one thing -- pigtails! Overall, this sense of style was superb. The Nisha Sainani shield skirt was colourful and bright. The entire knee length skirt was richly pleated and flared. Prints on the skirt was so intricately done that it looked trendy for the occasion.

To go with the shield skirt by Nisha Sainani, this beauty minimised the attention with a striped tan Zara top. The plain top was the perfect choice to go for such a heavy printed skirt.
