Rani Mukerji In Floral Sabyasachi Suit
Rani Mukerji is on a promotional drive of her upcoming movie 'Mardaani'. So far, she was trying to play up to her role in the movie that is very masculine. We saw her sport jackets and pant suits for two of the promotional events. But finally, she did what she does best and that is wearing Indian wear. We spotted Rani Mukerji in a Sabyasachi outfit as she promoted her movie. Rani Mukerji was at the 'Support My School Campaign'.
Rani Mukerji was spotted in a suit with floral details that was teamed up with loose cropped pants. These wide-legged cropped pants are called culottes and are really 'in' these days. We have seen Rani Mukerji in Sabyasachi outfits several times before. She patronises her favourite designer quite often. We would have preferred to see Rani in a Sabyasachi saree but even the suit was not bad.

Rani matched her accessories well. She wore Kolhapuri wedges with the suit that justified the culotte trousers. However, she is having some serious problems styling her bangs. We think that the new Ms. Chopra desperately needs a hair stylist.

In Sabyasachi
Rani Mukerji wears Sabyasachi Mukerji very often. But we usually see her in saree and anarkalis from the designer. This time she has opted for a slightly different outfit. The novelty is refreshing.
In Black & Green
Rani's kurta had a combination of black and green colour. The base of the kurta was black. There were leaf green patterns on it.
In Floral Kurta
The kurta also had a floral motif. The prints on her kurta were green coloured bunches of roses.
The Culottes
Rani paired up her kurta with a pair of white wide-legged trousers. These trousers are called culottes and are totally in right now.
Embellished Cuffs
The stand out point of this outfit was the embellished cuffs of the kurta. The red cuffs with gold embroidery looked great and made the outfit signature Sabyasachi.
Kolhapuri Wedges
Rani finished off her look with a pair of Kolhapuri wedges instead of heels. Thank god, she did not opt to wear 6 inches of high heel pumps like she usually does.
Metallic Hoops
We do not quite agree with Rani Mukerji's choice of earrings. Instead of thick metallic hoops, jhumkas would have looked better with this outfit.
Makeup
Rani went for her favourite smokey eye makeup with this outfit. Her large Bengali eyes did look mystic due to the smokey effect. The lip colour was not evident. Looks like a tinted gloss to us.
Dishevelled Bangs
Rani Mukerji's entire look flops when it comes to her hairstyle. She just let her bangs have a mind of their own. Those fringes need to be styled if they have to look good.
Rani Plays Badminton
As part of the 'Mardaani' promotions, Rani played badminton with the children in the school she was visiting.
