OMG: Baby North West Flying Solo Already!
Would you dream of letting your 1-year old fly alone across the country? Most parents would cringe at the thought of parting with their little one for the duration of a flight. And flying solo, that would be unthinkable unless there was an entourage of nannies and caretakers with the baby. But being a celebrity kid comes with its pressures. Baby North West took her first flight alone (i.e. without either one of her parents) from New York City to Los Angeles recently.

The tiny trot who recently celebrated her first birthday has a line of many ‘firsts' coming up this year. Recently, Baby North West was in news as her mother whimsically pierced her years! And now, she flies solo when she is barely one year old. Apparently, Baby North West was travelling by business class with a team of caretakers, nannies, assistants and even a body guard.
Once the long flight from NYC to LA terminated at the LAX airport, Baby North West was swept away in a bundle by her entourage and bundled off in a waiting Porche. After all she is Kayne West and Kim Kardashian's baby. And luxury does come at a cost. So what were parent Kimye doing while Baby North travelled alone? Her parents were busy globetrotting.
Kim Kardashian took a flight out of Cannes to France. She then went to New York and flew back to meet her daughter at LA. Kayne West on the other hand went directly to Miami from Cannes.
So do other celebrity parents also leave their babies in care of nannies while they go about their busy schedules? The answer is no. Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was missing from the Charity Gala party thrown by her husband Prince William last month. The royal couple later revealed that they had divided their public duties so that one of them can always be present with their 10 month old son, Prince George. May be, Kim and Kayne should take a leaf out of Kate and Will's book to learn a thing or two about responsible parenting.
