Recently, Alia Bhatt was in New Delhi for the promotions of 2 States. The actress carried a very chic look at this event. Alia wore a sky blue coloured printed short dress which looked sexy on her. Alia Bhatt wore a full sleeve printed mini dress which fit her figure like second skin.
