Kim Kardashian's pregnancy news has just hit us and now, there is something new. The reality star and girlfriend of Kanye West is busy planning a future with her beau. The couple has recently bought a $11 million mansion.

According to TMZ, the couple has bought a first house together. Kim and Kanye are planning to make the 10,000 square-foot home into a 14,000 square foot Italian-style villa. The new mansion of Kim and Kanye is located in Bell Air, a private gated community in California zip code. Their neighbourhood consists of stars like Jennifer Aniston, Joe Francis (founder of 'Girls Gone Wild') and Chris Paul (Los Angeles Clippers basketball player).

After adding 4000 more square feet, the big mansion will have rooms, movie theater, basketball court, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, hair and makeup salon, bowling alley and nursery too!

The expecting parents have been in the news for turning down a $3 million offer. The magazine offer was for the first photo spread of Kim and Kanye West's baby. The media is awaiting the delivery of the reality star personality. Many media organisations are offering huge and lucrative offers to get the rights of first baby pictures. Kim has also been reportedly offered $250,000 to host a pregnancy website MyPregnancy.com.
