Prince Will & Kate's First V Day Plans
The Royal Scoop From Prince William And Kate's Cabin Is...
Prince William & Kate are not going to get to spend this special V Day together because the Duke of Cambridge is away at Falkland Islands doing his duties as the Royal Air Force serviceman. This island is about 18 hours flying time away from the British isle on the borders of Argentina and champ helicopter pilot Prince William (minus Kate) will be doing rescue work there. These islands are disputed property and war has been on with Argentina over it for decades now. The British heir to the throne has be deployed there 18 weeks to fulfill this military duties.
So What Is Duchess Of Cambridge Kate Doing..
When Prince William is away, Kate is not whiling away time in being lonely lady in her ivory tower. The princess too has been assigned her royal duties for the week. She is supposed to be patronizing certain charities that she has chosen and that is her great Valentine's day plan. The charity Action And Addiction has been taken up very seriously by the Princess and she will be at Britain's first non alcoholic bar opened by this organisation for addicts to socialize without the threat of alcohol. Then Kate will go over to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Alder Hay Children's Hospital for street children on V Day.
So looks like the royal couple are spending their first valentine's day as man and wife away from each other to attend to national duties.
The Good News Is..
To have an happy ending, the good news is that Kate with Prince William will not be totally bored. She has for company the lively cockier-spaniel puppy they have adopted from Kate's sister's friend. As the young royal couple are totally in love with the puppy, may be it will make Kate's Valentine's Day plans less drab.
Good job done on V day spreading love to all and not just your royal spouse.
