Bello Maasaba, The Numerical Husband!
Bello Maasaba, an 87-year-old man who claims it was Angel Gabriel who gave him the green signal to marry any number of wives he wanted to. Bello Maasaba, who is a strong believer in The Bible and who is also an Islamic Faith believer in the state of Nigeria says that he will marry any woman who is willing 'not' to pay visit to a hospital. This 87-year-old man, who follows such beliefs says that he is still open to marrying, but, the wife should follow certain rules and regulations to keep him happy.
According to Bello Maasaba, he states that if his children or his children to come in the near future are ill, or by chance if any of his wives are ill, they are prohibited from going to a hospital to be treated, for he believes he has the power to cure anyone from their illness and therefore his wives need to pray to him. The strange system he follows is that if any of his wives go against his word, he divorces her instantly. Bello Maasaba, who is currently married 107 times and has 86 wives living with him, where a dozen have been divorced as they visited the hospital and 9 out of that are deceased! From these wives, Bello Maasaba, is a proud father of 185 children where the youngest of the lot is a month old.
In his country, this strange believer, Bello Maasaba is known to be a healer and therefore the society treats him as 'God', someone who they can rely on and trust. This man with a number of wives still wants to continue his tradition of marrying and is also prepared to visit the US in search of brides.
