One of the secrets of Cleopatra's beauty is that she took bath in asses milk and honey. The milk contains capric-capryllic triglyceride which moisturizes and softens the skin and honey is famous as bleaching agent.

She cleansed herself with Narton and water. The today's version of it would be, soda and water. A certain kind of cream have been discovered by archeologist, which was a mix of oil and lime. This could have been used as a cleansing cream and sea salts were used as scrubs.
