According to the State Commerce Department, the 19 year old unmarried mum of a son with Levi Johnston has named her firm BSMP LLC.
Bristol had broken up with Johnston after giving birth to their son Tripp on December 2008.
Sarah, Republican vice presidential nominee of 2008, is being touted as a potential presidential contender in 2012. She resigned the governorship in July instead of completing her term.
