Adoption Will Soothe Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock's intention to adopt a baby son would be a 'win-win situation' for both of them, as had revealed her intention to divorce the 'estranged' husband Jesse James. It will enable her the timing to heal while divorcing Jesse.

With adopting the 3 year old baby Louis Bardo Bullock from New Orleans, Bullock will be busy as a single mom and it will help her get over more quickly from Jame's transgressions. It would help her much, than to be have on her own.

"The adoption could be the biggest and most wonderful distraction that there is. It's a way of self-soothing, which is what we all try to do when we suffer a loss. Some forms of self-soothing are constructive and others are destructive," says Dr. Robert Epstein.

He thinks that she will be engaged with the love and attention towards a baby. It will be something 'constructive' for her, says Epstein.
