Artwork By Vladmir Putin Is The Most Expensive!

The Russian prime minister, Vladimir Putin has showcased his painting talent that is ready to fetch 37 million rubles in an auction. The art work shows a wintry night sky seen through a peasant's window framed by traditional lace curtains embroidered with beads and red stitching as reported by the Guardian.

The painting has the word 'Pattern' underneath the bottom lattice and Putin's signature over the pelmet. The work of art is the part of of a collection of 26 such paintings, one for each letter, created by Russian celebrities and commissioned by the Tsarskoe Selo carnival which is a cultural fund based in St Petersburg.

The artwork by Putin is ranked as the most expensive painting in Russia and will be auctioned in St Petersburg, the home town of the prime minister. It is bought by Natalya Kurnikova, the Moscow gallery owner, who claims that she bought the painting because there might not be another one like it. AGENCIES
