The 66-year old learnt the yoga during one of his trips to India, when an eye yoga expert at the hotel advised and taught him about it. The former Beatle practices the yoga about six times per day.
"He told me eyes are muscles (and) are just like any other muscles and they need exercise to keep them working properly," the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
"Spending so much time at computers or the TV or reading books, we are only using one set of muscles in our eyes. The yoga gives a workout to the other ones," he added.AGENCIES
