Singer Lady Gaga, alias Stefani Germanotta sells her hair as a part of her promotional plan.

Lady Gaga's promotional package consists of a deluxe version of her album, 'The Fame Monster', paper GaGa dolls, 3D glasses, a book and a strand of her hair for 61.25 pounds, according to 'The Sun'

Lady Gaga is also lending a helping hand to her father who is recovering from a open heart surgery. She has stated that the procedure was a success and has also shared with her fans on Twitter.com of the time she spent with him.
