Fergie's 'Princesses Everywhere'
London: After being dismissed by the Lord Charteris as "vulgar, vulgar, vulgar" 20 years ago, Duchess of York, Fergie is now coming up with a book on virtues of manners and etiquette.
Now a successful businesswoman, Sarah"s book called 'Tea For Ruby" is similar to her earlier publications like the Budgie and Little Red series, mainly targeting children and young people.
The book features "a lovable new character, Ruby, whose foibles are a result of her exuberance".
"I was brought up to appreciate that there is a time and place for manners, not just for the sake of following rules but rather because etiquette and good manners show courtesy and respect," The Daily Express quoted Fergie, as saying.
The 48-year-old member of the Royal family said that the book was meant for princesses everywhere.
"I"ve raised my girls as part of the Royal Family according to this philosophy. Now I can pass along this message to princesses everywhere and I"m thrilled to do it with the brilliant best-selling illustrator, Robin Preiss Glasser," she said.
