ANI: The velour tracksuit has earned the title of being the top fashion faux pas.

The velvety outfits, worn by famous faces such as Coleen McLoughlin, were named the number one fashion disaster in the UKTV Style online poll.

The shell suit, worn in Harry Enfield"s Scousers comedy sketches, emerged as the second most disliked outfit.

Other outfits in the fashion disaster list included the puffball skirt, hot pants, leggings, and the Ra-ra skirt.

The survey, that polled 3,000 adults, also found that the little black dress was the number one iconic fashion item followed by jeans in second place and the Wonderbra in third.

“Many have shown their ageless popularity. It shows that true style lasts forever," The Sun quoted UKTV Style presenter Brendan Courtney, as saying.
