Sonia to inaugurate "Tejas" in Belgium
New Delhi, Nov 8 (UNI) Ruling UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi will inaugurate an exhibition in Belgium on November 11 as part of the "Festival of India" being organised there by the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR).
She will leave here tomorrow night on a three-day visit to Belgium where she would pay a tribute to the known and unknown Indian soldiers of the World War-I (1914-1918) at Meenenpoorte (Menin Gate) Memorial in Ypres on November 10.
The Exhibition titled "Tejas" will be inaugurated by Ms Gandhi along with Belgium Prime Minister at Palais des Beaux-Arts (Bozar), official sources said here today.
"This is the largest exhibition organised abroad by the ICCR and is in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Culture," Cultural Ministry sources told UNI here today.
Tourism and Culture Minister Ambika Soni would also attend the inaugural ceremony of "Tejas." UNI SH VA BS1919
