Farah Khan has been in news since the announcement of her next film Om Shanti Om. The choreographer turned director says that she will concentrate on film direction now on. Also, she seems to have reduced her dancing assignments heavily. But one choreography assignment which is truly big is Farah Khan making pop star Shakira groove in for a concert in US.
It is a very interesting concept where Shakira is going to perform her new song 'Hips Don't Lie' in Bollywood ishtyle. Farah will be giving her our filmi steps and will also dress her up in Indian clothes. Same goes for the chorus dancers who will be wearing ghagra-cholis and Indian jewellery. The show will be watched live by 32 countries. Farah will be flying to New York for the show on August 22nd.
However, this is not the first time that Farah Khan is doing a big assignment outside Bollywood. Earlier, she had worked on some international projects like Bombay Dreams, Mira Nair's Vanity Fair and also a Chinese film Ru guo o Ai.
