The original property was later associated with Ranbir's parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, before the present residence was constructed. Ranbir and Alia Bhatt moved into the new bungalow in late 2025 after living at their previous home, Vastu.

Inside Ranbir Kapoor's Krishna Raj Bungalow

The glimpses of Krishna Raj show a large but relatively understated home. Its grey exterior features glass balconies and plenty of greenery, while the interiors reportedly include large glass windows, off-white walls and marble-finished flooring.

Indian-inspired elements also feature in the interiors, along with plants, stone vases, dark doors and personal family touches. Reports have also described Scandinavian influences in parts of the home's design, although this has not been officially established as the property's overall design style.

The bungalow has been widely reported to be worth around ₹250 crore, although that figure is a media-reported estimate rather than a publicly confirmed valuation.

Where The Kapoor Family Comes Together

The house is also designed around the extended Kapoor family. Neetu Kapoor has a separate floor in the six-storey residence, while rooms have been set aside for Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and her daughter Samara.

That makes Krishna Raj more than another celebrity home. It brings several generations of the Kapoor family under one roof while giving each household its own space.

The family home was also planned with Raha in mind, with reports stating that a separate floor was set aside for her to have her own space as she grows older.
