Green tea is very healthy. But what happens if you drink too much of green tea? Well, nobody talks about that as currently, it is a trend to embrace healthy practices and be obsessive about a healthy lifestyle.
But if you over consume green tea, the caffeine content in it could even cause heart palpitations! Though it doesn't mean that green tea is dangerous, it surely means that moderation is the key.

All natural remedies should be followed in the right measure to avoid further complications. Eating a raw garlic on empty stomach is a good habit.
What happens if you overdo it by eating too many garlic cloves every morning? It is risky! Let us discuss about the side effects of overdoing natural remedies.

Garlic is a good remedy for those suffering from BP issues. But if you are on blood-thinning medication, consuming garlic isn't advisable.

Some natural remedies should not be mixed with medications. All remedial ingredients do react or interact with drugs and medications at some or the other levels. Therefore, it is not wise to mix them up.

For diabetics, fenugreek seeds is a natural remedy. It helps by regulating the release of glucose into the blood. Methi seeds control blood glucose levels. But when it is used in excessive quantities, blood sugar levels may drop to dangerous levels, that too, abruptly!

In people who over-consume ginger, garlic and ginkgo, bleeding problems may occur. If you are going for a surgery or any dental treatment then discontinue garlic, ginger and ginkgo at least 10 days in advance to avoid the risk of excessive bleeding during surgery.

Those who over-consume green tea may suffer elevated blood pressure. Only one or two cups a day is ideal.

Herbs like red clover, dong quai and soy affect hormonal activity in the body. Without doctor's advise, it isn't safe to try them.

If you consume too much of cinnamon, you may suffer decreased blood sugar levels. Only a pinch of cinnamon powder in the morning tea is enough. Anything more than that could have its own effects.

Flaxseed, fenugreek and whey protein are generally used as remedies to reduce blood sugar. But if you're suffering from diabetes, consult a doctor before using the above ingredients.
