Remedies For H Pylori Bacteria Infection
H Pylori bacterial infection can also cause stomach ulcer. Here are some remedies to kill the bacteria fast...
The main problem with H. Pylori bacterial infection is that it might cause stomach ulcer. The bacteria literally eats up small areas of the stomach lining.
How does the bacteria get into humans? Through well water! If you drink unfiltered well water, the risk of this bacterial infection could be higher. It also spreads from one person to another.
Stomach ulcer is nothing but destruction caused to the lining of the stomach. Though there are many reasons behind that, H Pylori bacteria is one of the major reasons behind stomach ulcers.
If you suspect ulcer, a blood test and a stool test can confirm. Visit a doctor immediately. Here are some home remedies to try...
Remedy #1
Chew a garlic and a small piece of licorice root. Both of them can kill H Pylori bacteria. Eat 5 garlic cloves a day (if your current health and doctor permits).
Remedy #2
Eating raw sprouted broccoli everyday can help fight H Pylori. Raw broccoli contains sulforaphane.
Remedy #3
For a few days, make it a habit to consume warm water with lemon first thing in the morning.
Remedy #4
Oil of oregano contains anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agents which can kill H Pylori bacteria. Add 3-4 drops to a cup of water and consume once a day.
Remedy #5
Eating fermented cabbage is also a good remedy. It is said to have a bacterial strain which fights against H. Pylori.
Remedy #6
Cultivate the habit of drinking green tea once a day. It can minimise the inflammation caused by H. Pylori.
Remedy #7
Consume a pro-biotic for breakfast. Enjoy a cup of Greek Yoghurt before you go to bed.
