3. Make A Sleep Schedule:
People whole slept less seemed to have worse cognitive skills than those who slept well. Hence, it is necessary to give your sleep a good priority more than anything else.

4. Befriend Your Doc:
Maintaining a good relationship with your doctor is a key part of managing menopausal symptoms. Hence, it is better to maintain a cordial relationship with them.
