1. Diseases Of The Mouth:
Did you know that diseases of the mouth are contagious? If your partner suffers from a certain kind of disease, you can end up suffering from the same. This is because oral bacteria that cause cavities and gingivitis are passed from one person to another who are in close contact.
The HPV virus that spreads through sexual contact can end up causing certain types of cancers. These are cancers of the throat, mouth, cervix, penis and anus. Now, you know how cancer can be contagious.

Did you know that obesity is contagious? Researchers have found that a virus in the body fat in obese adults is supposed to cause obesity.
4. Scarlet Fever:
Scarlet fever is accompanied by a skin rash resulting from toxins produced by the same microorganisms that cause strep throat. It causes a rash that typically lasts for about a week along with a fever and sore throat. It may normally be identified by a throat culture, and may always be medicated with antibiotics. This disease is contagious.

Impetigo is a skin infection caused due to either staph or strep bacteria. The first is less severe and only affects the top layer of the skin. Athlete's foot is a fungal disease caused by the trichophyton fungus. It is spread by individuals walking bare foot in places where others with the disease have walked.
