Both coconut milk and turmeric have lots of health benefits. Here is a recipe that helps you fall asleep fast.
Turmeric milk has lots of significance in ayurveda. It helps you fall asleep when consumed before going to bed. It can help you feel warm.
In this recipe, we'll use coconut milk. Also, ginger is added as an additional ingredient as it contains anti-inflammatory properties.

Adding honey to this mixture increases the health benefits. Coconut milk offers lauric acid, capric acid, anti-microbial lipids and healthy fats too. It contains anti-fungal and antiviral agents in it. Now, let us discuss about the recipe.

Ingredients
You will need a teaspoon of raw honey, a pinch of pepper powder, a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a small piece of ginger (crushed) and 2 cups of coconut milk.

Preparation
Move all the ingredients (except honey) to a pot or a pan and heat it till boiling point. After that, allow it to boil on low flame for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid and add the honey.
Curcumin which is present in turmeric is anti-inflammatory in nature. Turmeric contains anti-oxidants too. It also prevents arthritis and other inflammatory issues.

The best part is it can boost serotonin and dopamine levels in your brain which makes you feel good. It can also prevent depression. It can also slow down ageing and detoxify your liver. It also heals your digestive system.
