These Foods Help You Poop; Check It!
Constipation is a problem that many of us face. This article tells you about certain food items that you can consume on a daily basis to help you poop.
If you are seeking to get rid of constipation, then you should consume certain foods which prevent constipation. These foods when consumed on a daily basis make your bowel movements regular and smooth. One thing that is common in these food items is that they are rich in fibre.
Consuming just one apple each day might help to get rid of constipation. Apples also contain insoluble fibre that help in bowel movement. The whole apple must be consumed, skin and all.

Blueberries are great in preventing constipation. One cup of fresh blueberries provides you with 3.6 grams of constipation-battling fibre, and their low salt content helps to ensure that the body retains less fluid also.

Prunes are great for a smooth bowel movement. Prunes, like blueberries, are also very low in sodium content as well. Merely 2 g of sodium is found in a 100 g serving of prunes. Further, prunes are full of vitamin K, which helps in the digestion process and reduces the possibility of waste accumulation.

Unsalted almonds include 11 grams of fibre per every 100 g serving. These nuts also have low sodium content, and once consumed, help the body in moving waste materials throughout the intestine tract. Hence, these are great in helping you poop.

Wheat bran is great in relieving constipation. This is because of the high fibre content in it. So make sure to include whole wheat chapatis and bread in your diet to prevent constipation.

Consume green leafy vegetables on a regular basis to prevent constipation. Green leafy vegetables are rich in fibre content, potassium and magnesium. These together help the muscles to contract and prevent constipation.

Black beans are also rich in fibre, potassium and magnesium. Hence, they are great for preventing constipation.

Consume curd and buttermilk on a daily basis to prevent constipation. These are rich in probiotics, the good bacteria that keep your intestines fit and healthy.
