Soda And Candy: Soda and candy do not have any nutritional value. The better option is to replace them with water and fresh fruits. Soda contributes to more weight gain and even increases the craving for sweets.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages is yet another product that you should say no to in order to get a flat belly. Binge drinking is the worst that you need to avoid right now.

Carbohydrates : When you consume too much of carbohydrates, it gets stored in the body in the form of fats for further use. If you cut-down on the intake of carbs, the body uses the stored fat around the waist, which will eventually reduce the fat accumulated around the belly.
