Yes, ginger water has many uses. How to prepare it? Boil 1-2 liters of water and add finely chopped ginger (¾ cup) to it.

Allow it to boil for at least 20 minutes so that the medicinal power of the ginger gets into the water. Now, here are some remedies using warm ginger water.

Cold/Headache
Take a small tub and fill it with hot water in which ginger is boiled. Add a few drops of vinegar to it. Bring a teaspoon of salt and mix it well in the tub. Soak your feet in that tub for more than 15 minutes. Do this twice a day to get rid of a headache that occurs due to cold.

Migraine
Those who suffer from migraine can soak both the hands in a tub of ginger water for 20 minutes. Ensure that the water is hot. In some places, people follow this ancient remedy.

Cleaning Feet
Keeping your feet free from bacteria can reduce their unpleasant odour. Also, it is healthy to keep your feet clean. Soak your feet in a tub of warm ginger water in which a few drops of vinegar are added.

For Oral Hygiene
Take a cup of ginger water and gargle/rinse your mouth. Do this for a few days and the inflammation of your gums will subside.

Hangover
