Whatever the season maybe, workout should be regular to maintain weight and remain fit. To get benefit out of exercise, one needs to do it in the perfect way and the way of exercising depends a lot on the season. When we exercise out body goes through an exertion and reacts to the atmosphere around that place . In summer, the general tendency is that of perspiring and dehydration. Exercise in summers will make you sweat even more and thus may get you dehydrated and loose stamina. To avoid it, you need to follow some summer exercise tips.

Tips For Exercise During Summer -

1.The first and most important tip is to keep drinking water or electrolytes after every 20-25 minutes. This will prevent you from getting dehydrated. The water used should be of room temperature.

2.Avoid outdoor exercising in summers. Indoor exercise and with the fan on while exercising is important. This helps maintain the body temperature. Raised body temperature may lead to loss of stamina and other health troubles.

3.Another important tip for exercise during summer is that of proper clothing. Exercise clothes during summer should be loose and of cotton. Loose clothes with allows air circulation and helps in dissipating the heat to the atmosphere.

4.Exercise during summer is best done in the morning, when the climate is relatively cooler. This will not only extend your exercise timings but at the same time help you keep fresh all day long.

5.Avoid sauna or extreme cold or hot bath after working out. Extreme change of body temperature affects the heart. It is a shock to the heart and regular practice can make it weak. It is best to rest for some time after workout till the body temperature and system comes down to normal and then take bath in room temperature water.

6.An unique tip is to walk barefoot after workout. This is the best way to lessen the body heat and is very comforting.

Follow these six tips for exercising during summer for a perfect and healthy workout. With exercise it is also important to maintain a proper diet specially for summer.
