Look Younger In Some Easy Ways

1.Skin – Aging is first shows on the skin, in the form of wrinkles, spots, pigmentation, dullness etc. If you can keep these away for a long time, you can look younger by many years. All you need to do is to regulate your eating habits. Your diet should include, citrus fruits like lemon, orange etc and loads of berries. Eat only the egg white, green leafy vegetables, peppers, fish and drink loads of water. Apply lemon and olive oil to your skin for moisturising. The more you moisturise your skin, the more you keep wrinkles at bay.
2.Body – A body with excessive weight is sure to call on aging sooner, thus, it's important that you don't have excess fat content. For this sake you need to go for morning walk everyday, eat small meals to increase metabolism, eat protein rich food for muscle creation, do some muscle stretching exercises to prevent muscles from sagging, but be careful that before exercising you have done enough warm up. Walk for 5 minutes and drink warm water after every meal. Exercise and proper diet will keep you strong and thus, keep you young.
4.Hair – Hair loss is common when oldage creep it, thus, you need to practice a bit more hair care now. Condition them regularly to prevent hair loss, include protein rich food in your diet, which includes, milk, eggs, fish, cheese etc. Vitamins also should be included. The sources are almond, green leafy vegetables, whole grain flour etc. Use natural ingredients to colour your hair, avoid using chemicals. Chemicals can cause damage and due to aging it might be difficult for the body to cope up.
5.Clothes – By wearing clothes similar to youngsters won't make you look young. To look young it is important that you dress appropriate. Dress your age, is the mantra. If you are wearing jeans, make sure that the fitting is proper, it is best to avoid skin fit jeans. Play with colours. Even with clothes like saree for girls and full sleeve shirts for men, if you wear some bright colours, it will make you look young. Avoid the lighter shades. If you are wearing lighter shades make sure your make-up and accessories are trendy.
Above all, remember the saying, 'you are as old as you think'. You need to feel young from within to look younger. Don't let your thoughts, believes, understanding stagnate, change with time.
