Wine Good For Memory
Alcohol is not all that bad, a modest amount actually helps to beat memory loss and delay the onset of dementia. The researchers also add that the overindulgence is harmful as in the case of s and tea.

This strictly does not imply that you could go ahead and drink your heart out, as the positive affects wear out after half a glass of wine, four squares of or five cups of tea. Study was conducted on more than 2000 adults to measure cognitive performance. It was found that , wine and tea boosted the brainpower of those aged 70 to 74. Amongst all, wine was the most affective and showed improved performances after a tipple. It further strengthens the fact that flavonoids present in the food and drinks studied show lower signs of dementia.

Though the results have accurately surfaced, the reason for the same continues to be a mystery for the researchers. According to David Smith said however, the improvements were limited to a maximum level each day.

"They had got better results depending on how much they consumed, although it did plateau," he said. He also went ahead to warn that excess consumption of alcohol actually encourage dementia along with various other health problems. AGENCIES
