1.Middle Age:
The first one of these are people who have reached their middle age. Taking extra protein during this time is essential to combat the effects of muscle loss that middle-aged people face during this time. People in this age group who already suffer from high blood pressure, heart ailments and high sugar problems should go for plant-based protein rather than animal protein.

2. People Prone To Gain Weight:
The next type of people who must take more protein are people who are prone to gain weight. This is because protein has been found to keep you full for a longer period of time. Hence you end up eating less. Also protein has been found to stabilize your blood sugar levels which in turn lowers your wish to eat. Hence, in this way it helps you to lose weight.

3. People Into Body Building:
People who are into body building need a lot of protein to keep their muscles healthy. As they exercise vigorously, there is a lot of wear and tear of their muscles. In order to repair these, they need to take protein-rich foods and also concentrated protein powder.

4. People Hooked To Eating More Carbohydrates:
People who are hooked to eating more carbohydrates should shift to eating more proteins to keep themselves healthy. They should include more lean meat, eggs and plant sources of protein in their diet.
