Cayenne pepper also improves digestion and cures diarrhea. If you are suffering from food poisoning, have cayenne pepper. It is a home remedy for such stomach problems.

Garlic: It is one of the nutritious spice for heart patients. Forget the strong smell of this spice. The antioxidants and antifungal properties make it a strong antiseptic too! Apart from cleansing the internal body, this spice also protects the gastrointestinal tract from cancer and other diseases.

Turmeric: Most of the recipe ingredients have turmeric powder in them. It is used to add yellow colour to the dish. It is also used to improve skin complexion. This healthy spice can be used to cleanse the body by flushing out toxins.
