Top 5 Foods For Healthy Breasts

Here is a list of 5 kinds of foods for breasts that have the nutrient groups necessary for healthy breasts.
Top 5 Foods For Breasts:
1. Yellow/Orange Fruits and Vegetables: These would include from yellow to orange fruits and vegetables like yellow bell peppers, apricots, bananas, oranges, carrots, etc that supply essential anti oxidants to your body. Other than that they are also very rich in vitamin C and A. You simply must at least have one of these everyday. If you can't manage then make a mix salad of only yellow fruits and vegetables once in a week.
2. Cruciferous Vegetables: Simply speaking they are just common vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli, sprouts, brussels, etc. These green vegetables strangely hailing from the mustard family are very good foods for the breast because of their cancer fighting properties. They contain isothiocyanates, a chemical that disintegrates carcinogens. However, if you have thyroid then you cannot consume these vegetables in plenty.
3. Vitamin E Rich Foods: Healthy breasts are not just about breast cancer prevention. Many women have a difficult menstrual period with swelling in the breasts and some tenderness at certain spots that cause pain. For these minor discomforts you need to increase the intake of Vitamin E into your body. Almonds and avocados are really good sources of the same so begin your day with these dry fruits.
4. Flaxseeds and Flaxseed Oil: Rich in omega-3 and omega-6-fatty acids, this food is essential for regulating the levels of estrogen in the body. Women with higher estrogen levels incur higher risks of having breast cancer so this is a vital part of your diet.
5. Olive Oil and Fish Oil or Fat: Cook your food with virgin olive oil as far as possible because of its anti oxidant properties. Fish oil or fat, especially from ocean fish like cod is rich in omega-3-fatty acids that improves the basic health of all your body cells. So you can have these two forms of fats without any qualms. Avoid saturated fats that are there in coconut oil and mustard oil because it is very unhealthy. Eat fish as protein supplements of meat.
Food for breast has to be right and that will be half the job done for your breast care schedule. Follow some good health tips and include these food in your daily diet.
