The ingredients that are needed to prepare this drink are easily available. All that one needs is cucumber, parsley, lemon, ginger, aloe vera and a glass of water. Here is the way to prepare this drink. Take a look.

1.Aloe Vera:
You can take fresh aloe vera pulp or one tablespoon of aloe vera juice. Aloe vera is rich in antioxidants and this stimulates the body metabolism and reduces the body mass index, thus helping in reducing body fat.

2. Parsley:
Take a small bunch of parsley. Parsley is rich in antioxidants and low in calories. It helps to retain water and at the same time does not allow the fat to accumulate.

3. Lemon:
Lemon is rich in vitamin C. It helps to melt the fat fast and flush out toxins from the body. For this drink you need to take one whole lemon.

4. Ginger:
Ginger is known for its antioxidant properties. It helps to stimulate metabolism and helps to burn calories. Add one tablespoon of ginger for this drink. Also you could add ginger to your meals.

5.Cucumber:
For this drink you need to add one cucumber. Cucumber is low in calories and rich in fibre and water content. It helps to burn body fat.
Method To Prepare:

Add all these ingredients in the blender along with half a glass of water and then blend it well. Have this drink before going to bed.
