If you see blood in urine, it could be a serious issue. It means you are bleeding from inside. Sometimes, blood in urine isn't even visible to naked eye. In such a case, only a lab test can confirm the same.

Blood forms clots to avoid leakage and blood loss (due to any internal or external injury). But when blood clots circulate in the body, they may get stuck and disturb the circulation.

The condition is known as hematuria (blood in urine). Sometimes, the blood in the urine cannot be seen by naked eye. Such a case is known as microscopic hematuria.
