Take a medium size ginger, peel it and then cut it into pieces.

Take about 2 cups of water and then boil it.

Add the ginger pieces to the boiling water and allow it to boil for 5-7 minutes on low flame.

You can also add a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey to it (not mandatory).

Drink a cup of this ginger tea 3-4 times a day.
