Ayurvedic Herbs That Cure Myopia
Myopia is a scientific name for the condition known as nearsightedness. In nearsightedness, a person can clearly see nearby objects but has difficulty in seeing far-off objects. There are several treatment modes that can treat this condition, one of them being Ayurvedic herbs to cure myopia.
Normally, this condition is caused by refractive error in the eyes. In the case of nearsightedness or myopia, the image is formed in front of the retina in place of the surface of the retina.

Working on any object situated at a very close range from the eye is one of the most prominent causes for myopia.

Triphala
Triphala is yet another Ayurvedic remedy which is very beneficial in curing myopia. This mixture of three or more herbs helps in strengthening the eye muscles and improving eye vision. Regular consumption of Triphala powder will help in curing myopia.
You can easily find Triphala churna in Ayurvedic stores. Washing your eyes with Triphala water also helps in improving vision and keeping your eyes healthy.

Chicory
Chicory, also known as Kasani, is an excellent remedy for those suffering from short-sightedness. It is a great source of vitamin A which helps in improving eye condition. Mix chicory with carrots and parsley and drink its juice every day. Regular consumption of this juice will help in curing the problems related to the eye.

Licorice
Licorice is one potent herb that is used to cure a variety of illnesses. It is prescribed by Ayurveda in the treatment of myopia. Its anti-inflammatory properties help in curing inflammation. Mix licorice powder with honey and consume this mixture every day on an empty stomach. Regular consumption of this mixture will help in improving vision and curing myopia.

Grape Seed
Grape seed is also a good remedy for those suffering from myopia. It is rich in antioxidants that help keep diseases at bay. It also helps in strengthening the eye muscles. Mix this in water and consume it every day to maintain good eye health. This can also be consumed with honey.
