'Over Eating' – Are You A Victim?
One such common or eating disorder that most people have, is that of 'over eating'. I know, it is difficult to give up some types of food, what you love to eat, but there comes a time when you have to 'think while you eat'! Here are some healthy tips for your binge eating disorder!
1.The first healthy tip to keep in mind is to eat slowly. It is said that if you eat slowly, there is a less chance of obesity. According to a research, it is said that the food satisfaction level takes around 15 minutes to reach the brain for a lean person and on one hand it takes around 20 to 25 minutes to reach the brain of an overweight adult. Therefore, by eating slowly, it can help in over eating control.
2.To avoid binge eating disorder, all that you have to do is simply drink two glasses of water before a meal. The water, fills your tummy, thus decreasing hunger pangs and in a way also helps you in not eating too much!
3.Plan your meals according to your schedule. This is the best way in helping you with eating too much of that oily food. Set a time table for yourself and only eat at those timings. Even if it is one biscuit, make sure that you consume it during recess!
4.Dieticians state that one should never miss out on breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast makes you indulge into over eating thus creating a number of problems.
