Loss of appetite is the symptom of many health disorders including stress, stomach flu, HIV, depression etc. In the today work situation health disorders have become a regular affair and it is only a healthy diet which can give you the strength to take up the strain.

Loss of appetite is a major problem faced by high profile professionals and the common reason is stress. Continuous practice of unhealthy eating and spiking meals, finally lead to appetite problems, which then leads to serious health problems. Here are remedies to treat loss of appetite -

1.Mix a spoon of ginger juice and lemon juice in a glass of water. Drink it twice a day to increase appetite.

3.Drink tomato juice everyday with a pinch of salt and lemon. This is a well known remedy to treat loss of appetite.

4.Soak some tamarind in water and mash it well. Strain it and add pepper and salt. This is one of the ancient remedies to treat loss of appetite.

5.Pomegranate juice with salt should be taken twice a daily. Pomegranate juice is also well known for it's blood purification property.
6.Drinking vegetable juice is also a great way to increase appetite.
