Follow Your Brain

Although it takes couple of minutes for the nerve impulses to reach your body part from your brain, the person does not realize this time period and act according to those impulses' command.
Researchers of Utrecht University's Department of Psychology did a simple experiment to prove this synchronisation between brain and your decision making process. They analysed the time a person takes to move his finger.
Also they conducted another experiment to prove this synchronisation. They observed how a person's actions were, when he was indulged in a game. For example when he or she listens to particular words like 'win', 'achieve', 'make money' etc, his or her performance was boosted.
It is also observed that people clean their table when they get the odour of any cleaning agent in the air. Although their conscious brain, decision making, individual, mind was not aware of this action, they did it as if, they were under some kind of magic spell.
The researchers also proved that the decisions we make on buying gifts, health, purchase or relationship are taken without the knowledge of our conscious.
Although we believe that we follow our heart, this study has proved it wrong. Even if we want to follow our heart, the nerve impulses which pass from our brain are super fast than our mind to influence our decisions.
