Bad Jobs Trigger Lower back pain

A study according to the Queensland University has revealed that if you are unhappy about your job, it could cause you back pain that would last longer to be relieved off when compared to the less stressed free peers.
The victims of lower back pain are those who work for a high demand but remarkably lower office control environment or those with an unaided management style at work, the cause behind being biopsychosocial factors.
In the words of lead author Nick Penney, "In fact the biopsychosocial model, which recoganises the biological, psychological and social factors in illness is now understood to be central in understanding human health in general, and pain in particular"
To access the role of social and psychological factors in the recovery outcome of lower back pain, a questionnaire was prepared by the researchers and answered by 91 research participants from Australia and 40 from New Zealand. The researchers came to a conclusion that the recovery depended more on the context surrounding the injury than the actual injury itself.
In the words of Penny, "For example if someone agreed that back pain was dominating their life, they appeared to have a worse prognosis than someone who disagreed."
The study further revealed that the psychological and social factors that go into the back pain victims' lives are just enough to discern the recovery outcome and length of time involved in recovering without further diagnosis or testing.
