The workout side is equally rigorous, his plyometric training, cycling routines (up to 15 km a day), and twice-daily gym sessions were especially intense during the movie 'I'. Post-workout head massages were a vital part of recovery, adding a layer of physical care to the demanding schedule.

With over 50 films to his credit, Vikram has dabbled in action, romance, psychological thrillers, and period dramas. As of now, Chiyaan Vikram remains active and celebrated in Tamil cinema. His recent film 'Thangalaan', a period drama set in colonial-era Kolar Gold Fields, received critical acclaim and is streaming on Netflix. His next release, 'Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2', initially set for March 2025, was delayed due to legal issues. Meanwhile, 'Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One - Yuddha Kaandam' is now tentatively scheduled to release on May 1, 2025, after years of production delays.
