Oh! Man You Gotta Get The Perfect Waist

The perfect body for men is the one which resembles an upside down triangle. Broad shoulders, lean waist and flat belly, that's what you should aim for. To know you have the perfect waist, you need to calculate the chest to waist ratio. For this, subtract the shoulder measurement from the waist circumference. If the answer is 10, celebrate your perfect bod. All it needs to have a perfect 10 is few exercises, control on taste buds and dedication.
Here are a few exercises to get the perfect 10.
1.Windshield Wipers – Lie down straight. Put up your legs at 90 degree. Then move them on both side of the straight line. Your legs should touch the ground, without the upper part of the body being raised.
2.Bow Exercise – Lie on your belly and then hold both your legs with both the hands and look up. Pull yourself upwards. Your body should look like a bow. Hold the position for 2 minutes. Do it 5 times in the first week and increase the number with every week. This works wonders on your waist and back.
3.Crunches – Lie down straight on the floor. Bend your legs to your chest and fold your hand around them. Now rock your body. Push the hand with the legs and pull yourself up then fall back again. Do it for 5 minutes. This will work both on your waist and stomach.
4.Side To Side Lifts – Sit straight with your legs stretched. Place a dumbbell diagonally to your left. Make sure you twist to get the ball. Carry the ball from the left and place it in the right, then take it from the right and place it on the left. Do this for 10 times.
5.Push Ups - Lie down on your tummy. Then with the support of your hand pull yourself up. Hold yourself in that position for 2 minutes. This will strain your hand muscles and waist.
To make these exercises work on your waist and to get the perfect 10, you need to be regular and at the same time be patient. It could take a month or more depending on how much you have to loose. At the end of all the effort, you will be the proud owner of a beautiful lean waist.
